Easy Delicious Recipes To Cook While In Quarantine

Hey Y'all ! This post is long over due, I got to collab with my girl Faith, who is an awesome chef and we are going to share with you guys four easy recipes that you can cook while at home :)

Unleavened Bread Recipe

1 egg

1/4 cup honey

2 1/2 cups of flour

1 tsp salt

1/4 of butter

3/4 cup of scalded milk

Your choice of bread

Lamb Breast

4lbs lamb breast

1 tsp coriander

2 cloves garlic

1/2 Italian flat leaf parsley

1 lemon

1 tsp honey

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp Italian herb seasoning

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

2 tsp salt

2 tsp olive oil

1/3 cup white vinegar

2 tsp cumin

The Best Meat Loaf

- Use some meat that has fat. This is not the place for lean beef. Lean beef is more expensive and it can be dry because there is not much fat.

- I would not recommend ground turkey for this recipe.

- This meatloaf will seem a bit “wet” as you form it. Don’t worry that is normal – I promise it will turn out great!

- I like the cubed breadslices for this but bread crumbs (about 1/2 cup) can be substituted for the bread slices.

- This can be made in a loaf pan (with the same cooking time.)

- ground beef (80/20 works good)

- 1 milk

- 1 egg

- sliced bread

- Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp dry ground mustard

- 1 tsp black pepper

- hot sauce (optional)

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- ketchup

Shrimp and Chicken Alfredo

- ounces penne or fettuccine

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

- 8 ounces raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

- ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions

- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 teaspoon salt, divided

- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour

- ½ cup half-and-half

- ¼ cup reduced-fat cream cheese

- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus 2 tablespoons, divided

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Well that is all for now ! I hope you all enjoyed this post. I will be doing a part two of this with more recipes so stay tuned. Shoutout to Faith for sharing her recipes and if you all would like to keep up with her find her on Facebook @ Faith Gordon Fort ! She has a great catering business out in Louisiana as well .
